Refund policy

Mythic Progression offers a returns and refund policy for boosting services contracted on the platform. This policy applies to all Mythic Progression Clients.
1. Returns

There are no refunds for boosting services once the service has started.
2. Refunds
The Client has the right to request a refund of the amount paid for the “boosting” service under the following conditions: If the service has not started. If the service has not been completed as contracted. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided.
3. Refund Request
To request a refund, the Customer must send an email to [ so*****@my***************.com ] indicating the order number, the reason for the request and the bank information for the refund.
4. Refund Period
Mythic Progression will process the refund request within 15 business days of receiving the request. The time for returning the money to the Client’s account will depend on the Client’s bank.
5. Exclusions
Refunds are not allowed in the following cases: If the service has started. If the service has been completed as contracted. If the Client has not provided the correct banking information for the refund of the money. If more than 15 days have passed since the refund request.
